Terms of Service
Outthunder is operated by SocialTalents Software Inc ("we", "us"). By installing the app or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Outthunder.
1. Outthunder is research, not advice
Outthunder uses AI models to produce written research about publicly traded securities. It is not investment advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or financial planner. Nothing Outthunder produces is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, none of it is tailored to your circumstances, and none of it creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship between us.
Outthunder is beta software and it is frequently wrong. Measured against the S&P 500, its calls have so far been right about half the time — no better than a coin flip. Model output can be confidently incorrect, out of date, or based on misread sources. Every decision you make is yours alone and you are solely responsible for any losses. Verify anything that matters against a primary source before acting on it.
2. Your identity
Outthunder has no sign-up. The app creates an anonymous identity for your device and keeps the credentials in your device's secure storage. Anyone with access to your device can use your analyses, and losing the device or reinstalling the app may lose access to them. Do not extract, share or reuse those credentials outside the app.
3. Acceptable use
Outthunder is for your own personal research. You agree not to:
- probe, scan, attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' data;
- work around authentication, rate limits or quotas, including by creating identities in bulk;
- abuse the models — attempting to extract or override system prompts, jailbreak the model, make it produce unlawful or harmful content, or use Outthunder as a general-purpose gateway to the model providers behind it;
- scrape, bulk-export or resell Outthunder's output, or present it to anyone as professional financial advice or as a regulated financial product;
- submit other people's personal information in the question or follow-up fields;
- use Outthunder for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks the rules of the model providers we rely on.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaks these rules, without notice.
4. Sharing an analysis
If you press Share, that analysis is published at a public web address that anyone with the link can read without signing in. Please read what a shared page can reveal before you share one: the report is written from a prompt that included your entry price and your question, so its text can reflect them even though those fields are never published directly.
A share link expires seven days after you create it, after which the page stops answering. Pressing Share again starts a new seven days, and deleting the analysis takes the page down immediately. None of that reaches anything already read, copied, cached or screenshotted while the link was live.
5. Quotas and limits
We reserve the right to introduce, change and enforce usage limits at any time — a cap on analyses per day, per device or per tier, for example — including on existing users and without notice. Every run costs us money in model and search calls, and quotas are how the service stays available to everyone.
6. No service level commitment
Outthunder is provided "as is" and "as available", with no SLA and no uptime, latency or durability commitment of any kind. We may change, suspend, break or discontinue any part of it, and may delete stored analyses, at any time and without notice. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of Outthunder.
7. Your content and ours
You keep whatever you type in. You give us permission to process it in order to run the analysis you asked for, and to publish it if you choose to share it. Reports are generated by AI models: we do not claim they are original, and similar output may be produced for someone else. The app, the website and the Outthunder name remain ours.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use Outthunder after a change means you accept it.
